Exchange Policy:

Kanydaro has a strict no-refund policy. 

You may get one time exchange on any item bought from Kanydaro within 7 days of receiving it. The item must not be worn, altered, or washed. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing with the tag and invoice. If any of these items is missing, An exchange would not be possible.

If an item has been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, color, or product) the customer has the right to request an exchange. All exchanges can only be made for the same product. All returns and exchanges must be sent back to the address provided by Kanydaro at the customer’s expense.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Standard Order delivery takes 5-7 working days after confirmation of the order, depending on the size and availability of the product.

How do I check the delivery status?

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to the CallCourier website for your order, insert your tracking ID and track your order. https://callcourier.com.pk/tracking
